Protection
Stops secrets before they are sent
API keys, private keys, card numbers, passwords and tokens, bank account numbers (IBAN) and social security numbers are blocked by default.
Warns about personal data
E-mail addresses and phone numbers are flagged. The message is not blocked unless you choose so.
Checks while you type
A bar tells you how many sensitive items it found, before you press Send.
Covers Enter and the Send button
Nothing leaves until you decide.
Three choices
Hide and send, Edit message, or the quiet Send anyway, which your administrator can remove.
Numbered placeholders
A hidden value becomes [EMAIL_1]. The same value always gets the same number, so the answer still makes sense.
See a value, briefly
The eye icon shows one hidden value for ten seconds.
Ignore once, or never flag this
Let one value through for one message, or add an exception for good. Secrets can never be ignored. Exact values are stored only as a one-way hash.

It never opens by itself, never takes the keyboard from your message box, pauses when the answer is ready, makes no sound, and slows down if you reduce motion.

Set the least strict action for each category. People can go stricter, never looser.
Locks
Force protection on for every site, and remove Send anyway and the pause.
